Returns and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee because we’re confident you’ll love our products. If you don’t see results, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return for a full refund or store credit. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation).

To start a return, please fill out our returns form. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending back your product. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos or videos. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, including a refund, repair, exchange, or store credit if applicable.


Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? No problem! You can exchange or return your item within 30 days of purchase, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Delivery and re-delivery costs are excluded from the refund.

If your return meets these criteria, our team will process your refund or exchange once the returned item is received and approved. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange opened or used products.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we approve and receive your return. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us for assistance.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Incorrectly ordered items

Shipping for Returns

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Include your name and order number in the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as transport risk is the customer’s responsibility.


Lost or Late Delivery

We do not guarantee delivery for time-sensitive events (e.g., birthdays, Christmas). If your courier attempts delivery or the package is delayed, this does not entitle you to a refund or cancellation. However, if your order is deemed lost in transit by our courier, we will offer either a full refund or redelivery.


In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases must be returned to the original store for exchange or refund, subject to the retailer’s terms. Butt Naked Body cannot process refunds for in-store purchases directly.
