Things you need to know?
We like being Butt Naked on weekends and public holidays. So your order will be dispatched the following business day.

If a delivery is returned to us by the courier for no fault of our own, the customer will need to pay re-shipping costs. For example, if you entered the incorrect address or if the customer failed to pick up the order from the collection location in due time after a card is left by the courier.

We will endeavour to ensure goods are delivered to you within the timeframes outlined for Standard delivery, however we will not be liable for late delivery by Australia Post or Couriers Please. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Butt Naked's obligations in relation to delivery end when goods are collected by Australia Post or Couriers Please for delivery to your nominated delivery point.
